    Bambini Community Director, Infants Montessori Lead Guide

    Ginger Chavis earned an AMS Montessori Infant & Toddler Credential from the North Carolina Center for Montessori Teacher Education in 2009. She has dedicated more than two decades of experience working with children from infancy through three years of age and in recent years has taken on a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Infant & Toddler Pedagogy, Assistant Director and School Director (Infancy through Kindergarten). She has been an active supporter of childcare in Maryland, completed the 90 hour child care training, an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, and completed Elementary coursework as she earned a bachelor's degree in Humanities. She is currently working on an AMS Montessori Leadership credential with the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. Ginger has three adult children, who were students in local Montessori communities and she enjoys sharing her love of child development with families of young children. She is looking forward to sharing her days with TJS' youngest students as the Infant Lead Montessori Guide and supporting all Bambini Community families as the Bambini Community Director.
